Vanilla Overnight Oats

I was WAY too late on the Overnight Oats train. Below is one of my favorite recipes. I hope you enjoy it!

Prep Time: 5 min    Cook Time: 4-24 hrs   Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Pecan Oats

1/3 Cup Three Trees Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Tbsp. Ground Chia Seeds (1/2 Tbsp unground)

1.5 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (can use Honey, or Date Syrup as well)

3 Scoops of ARMRA Colostrum

Top with half a Banana and 2 Tbsp of Almond Butter.

Additional Toppings: Cranberries, Berries, Nuts, Apples etc.


Directions

  1. Combine Oats, Almond Milk, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, and Sweetener of choice.

  2. Stir thoroughly and let sit 4hrs-overnight.

  3. Top with Banana, Almond Butter and enjoy!

Notes:  
Adjust the liquid to your liking. I found that more liquid made it too runny for my liking. Contains approx. 20g of Protein. For additional protein add a protein powder of your choice your double the Hemp Seeds. 3 Tbsp of Hemp Seeds is 10g or Protein.
