Healthier Truffles
Who doesn’t love a good Truffle! I wanted to make a Truffle that was delicious and included healthy ingredients. I also incorporated one of my favorite brands, Simple Mills. Their food brand uses real and natural ingredients to make all your favorite snacks healthy. For this recipe I used their Cocoa Cashew Cream Cookies and their Nut Butter Cookies. Check out the recipe below!

Nut Butter Truffles
Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins Serves: 12-15
Directions:
Place Cookies in a Blender or Food Processor. Blend until turned into crumbs.
Add in Cream Cheese, Hemp Seeds, Flax Seeds, Vanilla, Protein Powder, and blend until turned into a dough like consistency.
Separate and roll into truffle sized balls.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm.
Add Hu Gems and Butter into a glass bowl and melt together. When melting in a microwave do 15 sec at a time to avoid burning. Mix between cycles, takes approximately 60-90 sec to melt fully.
Once Truffles are firm dip into the Chocolate until fully covered. Feel free to sprinkle some Flax Seeds over top.
Once all are dipped refrigerate for another 15 mins or until Chocolate is hardened.
Serve and Enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer.
