GF Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn’t love a cook chocolate chip cookie! This is a simple and quick chocolate chip cookies recipe to indulge your cravings or when you need a quick dessert. 

Prep Time: 10 min   Cook Time: 8-10 mins   Servings: 10-12

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill)

¼ Cup Unsalted softened butter

1 Egg

1/8 tsp Salt

¼ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

¼ Cup Granulated Sugar

¼ Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Hu Gems)

¼ Cup Colostrum Powder (Optional, I use Raw Revelations for baking)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Mix softened Butter, Brown Sugar, and Granulated Sugar.

  3. Add the Egg and Vanilla Extract and mix. 

  4. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Colostrum powder and mix.

  5. Add In Chocolate Chips and mix.

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes

Notes:  

For a thicker, chewier, and Intense flavor chill cooking dough for 1 hour. Take it out and let It get to room temperature before baking.
