Feta Baked Chicken Pasta

A twist on the Viral Baked Feta Pasta!! This is a perfect recipe for those busy days. You need one baking dish and a pot. You get minimal dishes, easy clean-up and a delicious and simple meal.

Prep Time: 5 min    Cook Time: 35 min    Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs 

1 block of Feta 

16 oz Cherry Tomato’s 

10 oz Pasta of Choice 

1 tsp Salt 

1 tsp Black Pepper 

1 tsp Italian Seasoning 

2 tsp Paprika 

2 tsp Chili Powder 

2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Olive Oil


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° degrees F. 

  2. Start a pot of boiling water.

  3. Mix all Spices in a bowl. 

  4. Cube Chicken and season with half of the spice mix. 

  5. Place Chicken, Feta, and Tomatoes in the baking dish. 

  6. Top with the remainder of the seasonings and Olive Oil. 

  7. Bake for 35 mins. 

  8. Cook Pasta of your choice.

  9. Add to baked dish, mix and Enjoy!

Notes:

The chicken will fully cook in the oven. You may cook chicken separately if you prefer the add to the dish after It has baked.
