Salmon Bake

Mhmm Salmon Bake

Looking for a sweet and savory appetizer? Or even a main dish, this will be enjoyed by all! This dish is simple to make, and satisfies anyone.

Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

1 cup of White Rice

1 lb Salmon

3 Stalks of Green onions

Sauce:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce (I use Thrive Market)

1 Tbsp Sriracha (if you like spice double this. I use Yellowbird Sriracha)

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1/3 cup of Mayonnaise (I use Primal Kitchen, you can sub. for Cream Cheese)

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook Rice and Salmon.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  3. Mix the Sauce together and set aside.

  4. Put cooked Rice in a 8x8 or 9x9 Baking Dish.

  5. Shred the cooked Salmon, and mix in the sauce.

  6. Put mixture over top of the Rice.

  7. Bake for 10 mins then broil for 2-3 mins.

  8. Top with Green Onions .

  9. Serve and enjoy!

Note:

This can be made with tuna or chicken. Serve with Nori squares, Lettuce, Cucumber or Tortilla Chips.
