Mapple Mocktail

Matcha!

One of my favorite things to drink! Matcha is a finely ground Green Tea. It is high in antioxidants and low in caffeine. Matcha contains fiber, Vitamin C and other beneficial minerals like magnesium.

This Mocktail is packed with antioxidants, minerals and aids in digestion. Papaya is high in antioxidants and helps fight inflammation. Pineapple can aid in digestion and support immune function.

Prep Time: 5 min Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/2 tsp of Matcha (I use Pique, 1 packet)

1 Tbsp Honey (optional and can be adjusted)

2 oz of Pineapple Juice

2 oz of Papaya Juice

San Pellegrino to top (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix Matcha and Honey in 1/4 cup of hot water (don't go above 150 degrees as to not burn the Matcha)

  2. Pour Matcha into a shaker with ice.

  3. Add in Pineapple and Papaya Juice.

  4. Shake and Pour into a glass.

  5. Top with San Pellegrino Sparkling Water and Enjoy!!!
